I keep things pretty low-key around here.

Come in, get cozy, and take a second to breathe. My style blends therapeutic work with a flowy, relaxed approach, so your body can let go instead of bracing through it. You don't need to be a hero on my table. This isn't about suffering through pain to get results.

I stay dialed in and keep things quiet so you can zone out, relax, or even fall asleep (and yes, drooling is totally allowed).

I am big on helping people feel better beyond the table. I work best with people who are ready to take their pain management seriously, want something different from a massage therapist, or just need help getting out of that constant stressed state.

This isn’t just about your time on the table. I look at the bigger picture. How your body moves, where tension is coming from, and what’s keeping it stuck in the first place. The treatment is just one part of that. 

How I work

Once the treatment starts, I am fully dialed in. I don’t just follow a cookie-cutter routine. I pay attention to how your body responds in real time and adjust as I go. The work flows based on what I’m feeling and what your body is giving back.

Why that matters

That means we’re not just massaging sore spots or going through the motions in an attempt to get you temporary relief. We’re figuring out what’s actually driving the tension, working on it during the treatment, and making a plan to support it outside my office so you can achieve lasting pain relief.

We go over what’s been going on, how your body’s been feeling, and what you’re looking for.

I look at how you move to determine where your pain might actually be coming from. 

This is where the flow happens. I stay fully present and adjust as your body responds, so the work is specific and effective. 

If you want it, I’ll give you simple and realistic things you can do at home so the progress actually sticks.
